The owner was very friendly and I feel very safe leaving our stuff here between moves. The gated entry that requires a code on top of our lock on our unit makes me feel like our stuff is secure! I also love that we can stop by whenever works for us and don't need to wait for open hours

I went to Barth Storage just to look at prices and I was wowed by their facility and how they took so much time with me answering my questions and showing me all the different sizes, to help me get the correct size for the best price. One thing that is soo cool is they have a FREE moving truck which they drive right to my condo. What a time saver. Lori so so polite and helpful! Thank you

I've been a customer for quite some time now and I can't say enough about the service and the business overall. I've been very happy with the security around the facility, not to mention the way it's kept safe, clean, orderly and properly maintained. There's always someone there to take time and help answer questions when assistance is needed. Whenever I need help, someone is there to figure out a solution with a pleasant disposition, understanding and smiling. Kudos big time!!!

Try getting through on the phone! Constant busy signals, tells me they don't want calls. I was trying to contact them to extend another month on a locker, but no one answers. Customer service is a thing of the past.
